Ad Selection Emissions

Created by Kristen Moegling, Modified on Thu, 8 Aug at 11:59 AM by Daniel Earle

Ad Selection Emissions are those associated with the supply path from the inventory ad slot and the complete graph of all the advertising parties involved.

This includes emissions from servers and cloud computing, analytics, storage, data providers, and vendor overhead. In simple terms, these are the emissions created from the ad call on the page through the supply chain to the DSP and terminating with delivering the winning bid to the page.
